Chunky Cherry Smoothie
Whole Lotta Honey Smoothie

1 ½ lb piece ripe honeydew, seeded, rind discarded, and flesh cut into ½-inch pieces (3 cups)

1 (8 oz.) cucumber, peeled and chopped (1 cup)

½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp fresh mint leaves

1 tsp agave nectar

½ tsp fresh lime zest

1 cup coconut water

Blend all together in a blender until desired smooth consistency. Pour into two serving glasses.

½ cup dark pitted cherries

½ cup raspberries

½ cup blueberries

½ cup pomegranate juice

½ cup orange juice

Handful of crushed ice

Blend all together in a blender until desired smooth consistency. Pour into two serving glasses.

1 banana

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp protein powder (soy, hemp, rice, whey, etc.)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup nonfat or low fat milk (almond, soy, dairy, etc.)

Handful of crushed ice
 
Blend all together in a blender until desired smooth consistency, adding more ice if necessary. Pour into two serving glasses.
