Order Processing and Payment Options
Order Processing*
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days).
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders with Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 pm EST.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- eGift Certificates are delivered via email and reach their sender within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order.
We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. and its territories.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the

Order History and Inquiries
If you are a Registered Member of Club Clinique, you may check the status of your most recent orders by visiting your Order History page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Clinique Online orders.
Click on "View Details" in the Order History page to view the Billing and Shipping information and other details of your order.
To track your order, click on the tracking number on either the Order History or the Order Detail pages to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped. |

Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Gift Wrap Service
Gift orders always receive special care at Clinique Online. We will be happy to wrap your gift and include a gift card with your personal message.
If you wish to have your Clinique Online order packaged as a gift, simply select the box "Send as a Gift" on the Billing information page. If you wish a card to be enclosed, please enter your gift card message. The gift wrap charge of $3.00 will be added to your order total.
Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package. |
