Shipments to APO/FPO, PO Boxes and U.S. Territories
- Most orders may be shipped to P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply.
- Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Military APO / FPO orders and orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Priority service.
- For orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, please select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada; AA for Armed Forces Americas; and AP for Armed Forces Pacific. Also make sure that you have selected United States in the Country field.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories
- Clinique Online accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories of PuertoRico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.
- Priority shipping methods (Overnight or Second Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Shipping Options
Clinique Online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your Clinique Online package. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
Standard Service
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
Second Day Service
Second Day orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Second Day orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most orders shipped via Second Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Second Day Service. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
Overnight orders placed by 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Email Delivery - Clinique eGift Certificates are sent via email for free and are processed within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order.

Item Availability
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped via the originally selected shipping method as soon as they are available. The actual delivery date of your backordered item(s) depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please see Shipping Options for details of delivery times for each ship method offered.
If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).
Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-800-419-4041 and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Items that are not in-stock at the time of purchase are not eligible for promotional offers. Only in-stock items are eligible to be counted towards purchases associated with promotional offers.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through Clinique Online, please follow the steps below.

Please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If an exchange is desired, please fill out the exchange information and include your credit card number. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice. |

For your convenience, we have provided a return label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items. |
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
Please note: Only products purchased at Clinique Online may be returned for refund or exchange. Clinique eGift Certificates can not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-419-4041.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. |
