Education Manager Job Description -Teach varying levels of Consultants the product knowledge, selling and service standards in order for Consultants to successfully and consistently use these skills with customers. -Support marketing and sales programs by teaching Consultants the necessary skills in order to achieve goals and objectives. -Deliver the annual sales plan. -Effectively facilitate all levels of Clinique seminars. -Lead Account Coordinators and Business Managers in executing Counter Programs. -Teach Counter Managers/Business Managers/Account Coordinators to successfully coach new Consultants through Counter Coaching, in order to reduce turnover, and maximize productivity. -Develop strong partnerships with the regional team including Regional Marketing Directors, Account Executives, and Regional Event Managers. -Handle all required administrative duties expeditiously, accurately, and meet deadlines. -Establish strong working relationship with retail partners in key doors. -Provide New York office with feedback on programs, products, selling strategies, Consultant needs, and competitive activities. -Work on special projects requested by New York (i.e., task forces, medical meetings, teaching tools, etc.) -Be a role model for Consultation Standards, Personal Service and Consultant image.
