How will clinique.com eGift Cards be delivered?

eGift Cards are delivered via email and reach their sender within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

How much does delivery cost?

There is no charge for email delivery. For shipments that contain eGift Cards and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. eGift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges. Redeeming

Where can clinique.com eGift Cards be redeemed?

eGift Cards can only be redeemed at clinique.com or by calling 1-800-419-4041. eGift Cards can not be redeemed at Clinique in-store locations.

How do I redeem my clinique.com eGift Card?

Visit clinique.com and select the items you want to purchase and click “checkout.”
On the Billing page, enter your clinique.com eGift Card and PIN Code along with a valid credit card.
When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your clinique.com eGift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your clinique.com eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
When the amount of your order is less than the value on your clinique.com eGift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your clinique.com eGift Card.
Only one clinique.com eGift Card may be used per order at clinique.com.

Call 1-800-419-4041 to place your order.
You will be asked to provide your clinique.com eGift Card number and PIN Code along with a valid credit card.
When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your clinique.com eGift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your clinique.com eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.

Purchases paid for with clinique.com eGift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We regret that we must limit all online orders to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer.
