To apply eyeliner pencil, find the center of the upper lashline on the upper lid. Now, draw small dashes toward the outer corner of the eye. To apply liquid eyeliner, find the center of the upper lid. Now, as close to the lashes as possible, paint small dashes on the upper lid toward the outer corner of the eye.
